COMPLETE REDO

Ok as you’ve all noticed the clan gone a bit "Quiet" over the past week and I dare to say "Unorganized".

So me and Newy have agreed on some measures to take to ensure the clan stay active and/or grows.

Phase 1

Recruitment

When someone applies if they are accepted, They will be on a "Trial" period throughout their first week, Through this week they will be reviewed by leaders and vice leaders and in turn accepted or denied into the clan.

Phase 2.

The Teams

Ok me and Newy noticed that there was a lack of effort being put into the clan by the officers and watchers. So were scrapping them ranks. The new ranks system will consist of these ranks....

A Tf2 Recruiting Leader , And his team This team will specialize in recruiting members to the clan from the game Team Fortress 2. This team leader will be required to set the example for his team by using the recruitment section in the right way and hitting the minimum of 3 recruits per week, If this target is not hit he his progress will be reviewed over the following weeks.

A L4D Recruiting Leader , And his team This team will specialize in recruiting members to the clan from the game Left For Dead. As Above ,This team leader will be required to set the example for his team by using the recruitment section in the right way and hitting the minimum of 3 recruits per week, If this target is not hit he his progress will be reviewed over the following weeks.

A HL2Dm Recruiting Leader , And his team This team will specialize in recruiting members to the clan from the game Half Life 2 death Match. As you could’ve guessed ,This team leader will be required to set the example for his team by using the recruitment section in the right way and hitting the minimum of 3 recruits per week, If this target is not hit he his progress will be reviewed over the following weeks.


Forum Moderators: This team will consist of about 3-4 members willing to spend quite a bit of time answering threads, Telling people the rules and basically just chatting on the forums. If YOU BREAK A FORUM RULE as a forum moderator your rank will be immediately stripped.

Server Moderators: As above these will enforce the rules on our game server IF YOU BREAK A SERVER RULE as a server moderator your rank will be stripped and your admin rights taken. When you apply for this rank you must state what server you wish to moderate

Event Coordinator: This Team will have to arrange Clan Scrims / Tournaments, Themed maps nights , Competitions and anything else they think would be fun.


Specialist: As the title states this rank will consist of people who can specialize in a subject to help the community GFX-Advertising-Web Design-Donators Or anything you want to offer to us.


Map Makers: This will consist of about 2-3 members who will create maps for our servers, These people maps will be the only custom ones uploaded to our server unless the leader think someone else create a 5* map.

Last of all Yoshi will stay as vice leader, As for skyline for his dedication and his help with setting up vortex's server He will be promoted LEADER He is always there to help and never complains, We hope you do well in this role.



Note: We are getting vbulletin forums and a new site this week the url will be posted.

Not to burst your bubble or nothing, but I don't agree in having recruitment leaders from other games. It's a nice, creative thought but I don't agree.

To bring fast members, you will need at least 3 or 4 servers to really bring in 3 members per week. I think you should focus more on how the clan is running and activity rather than the goals from recruitment. Most of the productive and well run communities focus on one game for about a year before moving to other games to bring new members. I believe you should focus on the CSS part of this community and then start moving into other games and trying to expand.

I really don't think this community is big enough and has enough active members to reach your goals. With the complete re-do of staff, you are looking at about 15 people in staff compared to about 25 active members. You will be alienating the members and you will have only staff active and that isn't good is it?

The only reason we had a complete redo was because it wasnt running smoothly :/ We'll try this out, I think it will work as ive seen it done in other communitys before and they get about 3 recruits per week as there recuiting fro mabout 10 games xD

Yeah, it's like eGO Gaming.
They are absolutely huge and play about 8 games lol. They have like.. 30,000 members haha.

Never heard of them But soudns liek it worked for them, Btw clarkey your on a week trial get 2 members to apply this week and your in, If not your on trial next week, And so foruth until lyou get two

Ah awesome this sounds very promising guys I take it were going to venture into L4d hl2dm and tf2 as well then yea? That should create a much larger xcess gaming player base I reckon will there be recuiting for cs:s though or are we going to drop that? :S

No probs but you primarily have Tweedy/Penguin (what ever he is referred to these days) to thank for the promotion as I was unsure whether we needed another leader and he managed to present a point of why you should be leader to me which I couldn't disagree with
