Upon discussion with Tweedy we have decided on the following changes:

Skyline will be promoted to Vice Leader for his contribution to Xcess gaming as well as his extensive knowledge. We wish Skyline the best of luck and congratulations in this promotion.

Crazyboi will be promoted to officer as he is constanty active on our servers and also assists people whilst on these servers. We also congratulate him for the promotion and I hope he treats the postion with the respect it deserves.

Extensive privaleges will be set up for both these users on the forum and on servers when I get a second to edit the config files.

Ye other people say that about crazy i play with him alot and he tell people the rules etc so he'll be very good when noone else can get to a situation cause he'll already be there Razz
